helpful staffconvenient location
I experienced helpful staff I especially appreciated Manpreet at the entrance and reception he provided really good customer service. The hotel location is quite convenient I found it easy to get around the city from there.
The coffee preparation was not perfect it could use some improvement

the lobby staff showed good hospitality. the food was also of high quality. the lobby staff, especially wani, made a nice gesture!
The rooms seemed not cleaned properly. i saw dust bunnies all over the floor and dust around the bed. the towels in the room seemed used. I had to request fresh ones.

The breakfast was wonderful spacious rooms were provided a comfortable bed was available and the interior was nicely decorated.
I arrived early expecting to pay for an extra night however I was placed in the entrance hall until 7:00 AM and charged 50% of the night rate. I would have preferred to secure the room earlier for the full price. My room faced a courtyard with a building opposite it a smoke extraction motor on the roof started every hour for 20 minutes.

poor breakfastflavorless food
the hotel breakfast was disappointing. the buffet was basic and underwhelming. the sambar tasted like flavored water, it lacked spice (i expect more spice in india!). other items tasted poorly prepared, not fresh, and generally flavorless. i think the hotel must improve the quality and taste of food options.

the room had daily mineral water refills which was really helpful i found the front desk staff very cute during check-in the hotel allowed food deliveries to the lobby making meals easy the location felt safe allowing relaxed walks nearby.
the in-room wifi signal was occasionally weak making it a little difficult to work smoothly.

the pool looked clean and well maintained i noticed multiple staff members always ready to assist guests the hotel has a gym with several treadmills and stationary bikes available for use ensuring fitness routines are accessible.
